We know that no two meetings or events are the same. We also know that if you’ve found yourself here, you may not even know what kind of support you need from an event partner at this point! We are here to help you figure it out. At Sawyer Creative Co., we can support you and your team in a variety of ways. Below you will find the solutions that work for most of our clients, but we are always happy to customize our offerings to fit the scope you need!
FOR THE COMPANY THAT DOESN’T HAVE AN EVENTS TEAM
01. Full Service Planning
Your company is likely growing, changing, and embarking on the journey of hosting events, but you aren’t sure where to start! Or maybe your company has decided to outscore event planning moving forward, and you are looking for a company to work alongside you to plan and execute your company’s vision. We will parter with you from the initial site selection through the post event wrap up and then start it all over again for the next year!
FOR THE MEETING PLANNER THAT NEEDS PLANNING SUPPORT
02. Partial Planning
You have a small but mighty events team or a solo meeting planner who needs additional support for several months out of the year to pull off your company’s convention. We can join your team for a specific period of time to help carry the load. Whether it’s hotel logistics, inbox management, or exhibitor wrangling - we are here for you!
03. Sourcing
You are a logistics wizard and you’ve got the planning down, but hotel contracting & negotiating exhausts you. As IATA members, we can handle the hotel sourcing process and contract negotiations on your behalf at no cost to you.
04. Destination Services
You are hosting an event in a city you’ve never been to before and you need assistance with vendor sourcing, temporary staffing, off-site event logistics, and transportation. We consider both Charlotte and Nashville home, and our team would love to partner with you as your DMC in either city!
FOR THE EVENTS TEAM THAT NEEDS ON-SITE SUPPORT
05. Travel Directing
Your events team has the planning taken care of, but you need seasoned event professionals to help execute logistics on-site. With our strong hotel operations backgrounds + planning experience, we are comfortable TDing in all positions.

TD services require all hotel, travel, and meals to be covered by the client plus a day rate for each day committed to the program (travel days & show days).
